OUR COMMITMENT TO YOUR SAFETY AND WELL-BEING

We are taking every step we can to ensure the safety and well-being of Queenstown, our guests, and our employees.

As we continue to remain vigilant and implement stringent measures against the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), the health of all our guests and colleagues remains, as always, our top priority.

We are following the NZ Government Protection Framework Guidelines relating to Accommodation Services

We provide full contactless check-in and out and keyless entry

Social distancing is to be maintained in the carpark and walkway areas

High-touch areas throughout the Apartments are sanitised on a regular basis

Masks are used by staff if they need to be in occupied apartments at any time

Prior to any guest arrival, single-use items are replaced, and every dish/utensil/ are cleaned between guest stays.

A disinfectant sprayer is used between each guest stay

Our employees, including cleaners, are fully vaccinated

Guests can request that cleaners come while they are not in the building

Our apartments are keyless – entry is by a digital door lock

There are minimal common areas at Koura Apartments which reduces interaction with other guests

All high-touch areas are thoroughly sanitised regularly

Hand sanitisers and face masks are available on request

Our cleaners wear masks and sanitise and disinfect surfaces daily and follow cleaning practices based on COVID Safe guidelines

All third party suppliers and visitors must strictly follow our Apartment standards in accordance with the NZ Government Protection Framework

  • All employees of Koura Apartments are vaccinated
  • All employees practice COVID-19 cleaning & sanitising protocols and observe social distancing
  • Continuous training ensures protocols are adhered to

100% Refundable Deposit

At Koura Apartments we understand that flexibility is required when planning travel in the current COVID-19 environment. That’s why we provide 100% refundable deposits for cancellations that are made as a result of COVID related health orders that prevent you from travelling.

We will even refund you for unused nights if restrictions come into effect while you are staying with us.

This means you can book your holiday with confidence – risk-free!
