Central Otago’s acclaimed wine and food will take centre stage in Wānaka next year with the launch of Ripe, a new festival for the region. Set at the stunning Corbridge Estate in Wānaka, you’ll enjoy a day of music and entertainment to accompany the bountiful local wine and food from more than 30 local providers.
There’ll be a cooking demonstration from celebrated Kiwi chef Nadia Lim and the day finishes off to music by the Jordan Luck Band. Winemakers, cheesemakers and chefs from around the region will be available to talk to and purchase wine from and people will be available to taste the produce. Maude, Amisfield, Māori Point, Ceres, Mishas, Akarua are among many of the Central Otago wineries who will be present at the festival, supported by food from the likes of The Stoaker Room and Hook plus beers from Wānaka brewery.
