We all found the apartments great, especially with each bedroom having its own ensuite. We travelled in 2 twelve seater vans and had no issues parking in bays 3, 4 or 5. Beds were very comfortable, the apartments were very warm and fitted out with everything you need, including a large size fridge.
Our only issue that some of the older folk had, was the stairs inside the apartments which lead to the bedrooms.

While the bedrooms are fine, the common area furniture are quite worn out, the number of cutlery aren’t sufficient and most of the plates and cups provided have heavy stains on them.
The operating instructions of some of the appliances were inadequate and confusing. There are thermostats in the bathrooms for temperature control which is great but no instructions are provided as to how to operate them, when I asked for help via message , absolutely no help was provided. There was a cleaner girl who came , I asked if she knew how to operate it, she pretended to know how it works but in reality had no idea how to operate it. There are vents in the lower level bedrooms but again, little or no help was provided when I asked how to control the temperature.
There is a number provided for the property manager but when that number is called during working hours no one answers. Even when I messaged on booking.com portal or texted, the answers are either vague or not addressed properly.
Other factors that can of inconvenience to guests but not necessarily a fault of management is that the parking spaces are quite small , if you drive a 7/8 seater, like we did you may have trouble parking especially if you’re not a confident driver., you often need to drive into other car spaces to park , which is pain if other car spaces are already occupied.
I had high expectations when I saw a 8+ rating on booking.com but I am disappointed as I believe the experience I had was barely a 6.
